Barley Daliya – Quick Recipe


  • 1 small bowl washed Barley dalia
  • 3 small bowls water
  • Salt and ghee for taste


Cook it like normal dalia, or rice.
Take dalia and add water, salt and ghee to it, cook till 3 whistles. Let it cool and then your dalia is ready to eat
Same preparation can be done with Milk
Take ½ water and ½ milk and add 10 raisins for taste.
