Jaggery Ginger Turmeric Balls
- ½ cup grated jaggery
- 2 tbsp dry ginger powder
- ½ cup turmeric powder
- ¼ cup ghee
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Melt ghee in a separate bowl.
- Add ghee to the dry mix.
- Mix everything to make a soft dough.
- Make small and same size balls out of the dough.
- Store the balls in an air tight container.
# The balls remain good for ten days in room temperature.
